“He is cleared of any serious injury, but we will have to wait and see, how he will come up tomorrow morning, before making a decision on whether to bat him or not,” said Asanka Gurusinha, the Team Manager.

(UTV|COLOMBO) – Sri Lanka batsman Kusal Perera suffered an injury on the third day of the third day-night Test between West Indies and Sri Lanka in Barbados on Monday (25) and had to be carried off the field in a stretcher, the Cricket Network reported.
He is current in hospital and undergoing scans after the player crashed into the advertisement boards while attempting a catch of Shannon Gabriel at long on.
A former first-class cricketer and now commentator Roshan Abeysinghe took to Twitter to inform fans that the player is under observation and scans are being conducted.
The news about Kusal is he in hospital under medical observation and in the process of going through some scans.
