(UTV|COLOMBO) – President Maithripala Sirisena chaired the meeting of the Buddhist Advisory council met at the President’s office on Tuesday (05).
Discussions were made regarding the steps to be taken on behalf of the progress of the Buddhist dispensation.

Anamaduwe Dhammadassi Thero, Shastrapathi Rajakeeya Panditha Ven. Mahalle Dharmakeerthi Sri Sumangala Thero, Shastrpathi Venerable Narampanawe Ananda Nayaka Thero, and Mahasangha and Commissioner General on Buddhist Affairs Chandra-Prema Gamage and other officers were present in this event.
