UTV | COLOMBO – A 12-year-old boy was knocked down by a speeding van at Naagawila on the Puttalam – Colombo main road yesterdaymevening (May 07).
He collided with a van when he was coming out from a shop with his sister.
The van had fled after hitting the boy. But it was apprehended in the Puttalam area.
