“Government to declare ‘State of Emergency” – Minister S. B. Dissanayake

(UTV|COLOMBO) – Sri Lanka to declare a ‘State of Emergency’ for a period of 10-days following the clashes. Minister of Social Empowerment, Welfare and Kandyan Heritage, S. B. Dissanayake said on Tuesday (06).

“Gazette with regard to the decision will be published today,” Minister Dissanayake stated.
