Voice of Media holds seminar on media and TV programme production

(UTV|COLOMBO) – Bringing a media experience to a group of young men and women, the Voice of Media, on Sunday (25) organised a seminar in Colombo.

Over 150 youths were participated and they were given the knowledge about the media and television programme production.

The seminar was held at YMMA in Maradana and the training was conducted in Tamil language by Senior Journalist, former Director (Tamil Unit) of the Sri Lanka Rupavahini Corporation (SLRC) and a prominent television broadcaster Mr. S. Visvanathan, UTV Channel Head Mr. A.L Irfan, UTV Programme Producer and Presenter Mr. Bishrin Mohamed, Independent Television Network (ITN) former News Anchor Mr. Imran Hameed, and Counselling Psychologist Mr. Lukmanul Hakeem.

The second phase of the Voice of Media seminar will be held in the near future.
