(UDHAYAM, COLOMBO) – A 16-year-old girl sustained life-threatening-injuries after she slipped and fell from an over-bridge in Pannipitiya on Tuesday (27).
The incident occurred while she was on her way to school, the Police said.
The Grade 11 student was rushed to Homagama Base Hospital but has since been transferred to Colombo National Hospital.
