Our airport correspondent said the group arrived at the Bandaranaike International Airport around 1:45am on board SriLankan Airlines flight QR-668.
Meanwhile 153 Indians who were employed in Sri Lanka departed for New Delhi this morning.
The Air India flight AI-281 left for New Delhi around 9:50am.
