(UTV | COLOMBO) – 219,997 COVID vaccine doses administered yesterday
212,733 persons have been administered the Pfizer booster dose yesterday. The Epidemiology Unit of the Ministry of Health said 219,997 individuals were administered vaccine doses against the coronavirus yesterday. 1,174 persons were administered the first dose of the Sinopharm vaccine while 2,881 individuals were administered the second Sinopharm dose. 1,209 individuals also received the first dose of the Pfizer vaccine while 2,000 individuals received the second Pfizer dose. 15,671,344 individuals have been fully vaccinated in Sri Lanka, while a total of 31,634,248 vaccine doses have been administered in the country.
