Contempt of Court petitions against Sanath Nishantha

(UTV | COLOMBO) – Sri Lanka’s Court of Appeal on Thursday (08) decided to take up the two petitions filed against State Minister Sanath Nishantha on the 13th of September.

The two petitions were filed against the State Minister for committing contempt of court.

Notice was issued to all respondents in the petitions, including Sanatha Nishantha to appear in court and make submissions.
