(UTV | COLOMBO) – Litro Gas Lanka is hopeful that gas will be released to the market once again from today (15).
Litro Gas informed that a payment was made yesterday for a gas shipment that was anchored along the Thaldiyawatte border in Kerawalapitiya for seven days.
USD 3.9 million was paid for the shipment of gas while around Rs.20 million was paid as late fees.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of Energy said a shipment of diesel is scheduled to arrive in the country within the next two days.
