(UDHAYAM, COLOMBO) – The ruling by the Court of Appeal on Parliamentarian Geetha Kumarasinghe has not yet been officially communicated to Parliament.
Responding to a question raised by UNP MP Nalin Bandara Jayamaha, Speaker Karu Jayasuriya said that he has not been informed of the Court ruling. He said he would act according to the Court decision when it was informed to him.
