LIOC bowser operators join private fuel bowser owners strike

(UTV | COLOMBO) – Fuel bowser operators of the Lanka Indian Oil Corporation will join the strike of the private fuel bowser owners that commenced on Saturday.

The strike is currently underway demanding transport fees for fuel bowsers be increased in line with the increase in the price of fuel.

The Sri Lanka Private Fuel Bowser Owners Association said the decisions taken by Minister of Energy Kanchana Wijesekara were lacking in practicality.
