The power cut schedule is as follows:
Groups ABCDEFGHIJKL:
2 1/2 hours from 8 AM to 6 PM
2 hours from 6 PM to 11 PM
Groups PQRSTUVW:
3 hours from 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM
2 1/2 hours from 5.30 PM to 11 PM
