Pete Davidson to play himself in “Bupkis”

(UTV | UNITED STATES) – Pete Davidson is set to lead and co-write the comedy series “Bupkis” which hails from Universal Television and Lorne Michaels’ Broadway Video.

The SNL alum will play a fictional version of himself in the series which has a premise compared to HBO’s “Curb Your Enthusiasm” suggesting it will follow a version of Davidson navigating celebrity status and daily life.

David Sirus and “Crashing” producer Judah Miller are also onboard to co-write with the pair, Davidson, Michaels, Andrew Singer and Erin David all executive producing. The project is currently being shopped around to streamers.
