(UTV | COLOMBO) – The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL) yesterday approved a request made by the Electricity Board to carry out a nationwide power outage today (10).
For the areas under the zones A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K and L respectively will face two and a half hours power cut between 8am and 6pm and another 1 hour and 15 minutes disconnection is to be carried out between 6pm and 11pm.
Similarly, areas under Zones P, Q, R, S, T, U, V and W have been given permission to carry out one hour power cuts between 5 pm and 9 pm, the Public Utilities Commission said.
