(UTV | COLOMBO) – It is reported that Dr. Rajitha Senaratne, Member of Parliament for Samagi Jana Balawega has been infected with the COVID-19.
This has been confirmed through a rapid antigen test conducted on the former Minister of Health.
Accordingly, Dr. Rajitha Senaratne has been placed under house quarantine and it is reported that he will be given the necessary treatment under medical supervision.
It is also reported that a number of people who had been close associates of the former Minister of Health in the last few days have also been placed under house quarantine.
