Another 842,400 Pfizer vaccine doses arrive in Sri Lanka

(UTV | COLOMBO) – Another 842,400 Pfizer vaccine doses to be administered as the booster dose have arrived at the Bandaranaike International Airport.

The 4,360kg consignment packed in 130 boxes arrived in the island from the United States to Dubai, via Amsterdam, Netherlands.

The Ministry of Health took steps to transport the stock of vaccines in specially designed vehicles to the central storage unit of the State Pharmaceuticals Corporation in Colombo.
