(UTV | MONGOLIA) – The Communications and Information Technology Agency of Mongolia announced the introduction of the E-Mongolia system for electronic delivery to include 181 government services, as part of efforts to transform into a digital government, this system can now be used as a website or through a mobile application.
In the future, professional organizations intend to transfer 492 public services to this system.
It is estimated that this will eliminate bureaucracy and save citizens time. However, the inability of some citizens to access information and electronic understanding may hinder the achievement of e-government, especially some of them prefer to wait in line for hours as it is a safer method, in light of the inability to correct some errors in the electronic payment system.
