President returns to the island following the COP26 Summit

(UTV | COLOMBO) – President Gotabaya Rajapaksa and the Sri Lankan delegation which attended the 2021 United Nations Climate Change Conference or COP26 Summit in Glasgow, Scotland, have returned to the island.

The delegation landed at the Bandaranaike International Airport at 8.30am today, on board Emirates flight EK650, from Dubai.

The Head of State left to Scotland on the 30th of October.

President Rajapaksa also held discussions with several world leaders during the Summit.
