(UTV|COLOMBO) – Nineteen Senior Police officers have been issued transfers with immediate effect.
Issuing a statement, the Police Headquarters said the transfers were approved by the National Police Commission.
Accordingly, two Deputy Inspector General of Police, nine Senior Superintendent of Police and eight Superintendents of Police were issued transfers with immediate effect.
