Crossings closure impedes the fair distribution of aid [VIDEO]

(UTV | SYRIA) – Following the Security Council extension the delivery of humanitarian aid to Syria through the Bab al-Hawa crossing under Resolution 2585, the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria expressed its rejection of UN decisions duplication, for not taking into account the equitable distribution of aid in Syria, posing a threat to the lives of more than 5 million people in northern and eastern Syria, the Autonomous Administration demanded the opening of the Tal Kojar border crossing with Iraq and stated that closing it is a political decision in the first place.

The 15 camps in the north and east of Syria, which host about 500,000 people, suffer from a lack of humanitarian assistance the most basic necessities of life, while there are dozens of random camps scattered in the areas under the control of the Autonomous Administration and they are not recognized by any of the international bodies or organizations.
