(UTV | JORDAN) – The Jordanian State Security Court has set a date for pronouncing the verdict in the so-called “sedition” case for next Monday, the sixth session was held in the Jordanian capital, Amman, today, Tuesday in which Bassem Awadallah, the former Minister of Planning and Finance, and Sharif Hassan bin Zaid, are being tried on charges of sedition and incitement against the system and endangering the security and safety of Jordan.
The lawyer of Bassem Awadallah, Muhammad Al-Afif, said that the State Security Court set a session for next Monday to pronounce the verdict in the case, and added that today’s session witnessed the presentation of the defense pleading for the accused, it was 23 pages long.
