Individual arrested with cannabis worth over Rs. 4 million

(UTV | COLOMBO) – The Colombo Crimes Division (CCD) has arrested an individual while in the possession of 4 kilogrammes of cannabis worth Rs. 4.5 million.

The male suspect, aged 24-years, was arrested at Dematagoda yesterday (23).
