Lindsey Beer to direct next “Pet Sematary”

(UTV | COLOMBO) – Lindsey Beer has signed on to direct the follow-up to 2019’s new adaptation of Stephen King’s best-seller “Pet Sematary” at Paramount Players.

The highly in-demand screen writer will make her directing debut on the project which she wrote based on a draft by Jeff Buhler.

The 2019 film followed a family, who after tragedy strikes, a grieving father discovers an ancient burial ground behind his home with the power to raise the dead.

The new film will debut exclusively on the Paramount+ service with Lorenzo di Bonaventura and Mark Vahradian to produce.
