Ranjan’s Parliamentary seat rendered vacant

(UTV | COLOMBO) – Secretary General of Parliament Dhammika Dasanayake has informed the Chairman of the National Election Commission Nimal Punchihewa that the imprisoned-Parliamentarian Ranjan Ramanayake’s seat has become vacant.

Speaker Mahinda Yapa Abeywardena announced this in Parliament today (07).
