‘Shake Hands – 1’ Sri Lanka – Pakistan Military Exercise 6th-day concludes

(UTV | COLOMBO) – The 6th-day of the ‘Shake Hands – 1’ Joint-Military Exercise between Sri Lanka and Pakistan, which was initiated under the guidance of Chief of Defence Staff and Commander of the Army General Shavendra Silva, concluded at Maduru Oya yesterday (22).

The day comprises of FIBUA (Fighting in Built-Up Area) Exercises at the Army Training School (ATS). The Exercise will be held with the participation of Sri Lanka Army and Pakistan Army personnel until 31 March.

Four Officers and 40 Other Ranks of the Sri Lanka Army, as well as 6 Officers and 35 Other Ranks of the Pakistan Army, are participating in the event.
