FIshburne, Yeoh join “Good and Evil”

Laurence Fishburne and Michelle Yeoh have joined the ever-growing cast of Paul Feig’s fantasy feature “The School For Good And Evil” at Netflix.

Laura Solon (“Let it Snow’) and David Magee (“Finding Neverland”) adapted the script from Soman Chainani’s debut novel which follows best friends Sophie and Agatha (Sofia Wylie and Sophia Anne Caruso) – students at the titular school where ordinary boys and girls are trained to be fairy-tale heroes and villains.

Sophie has princess ambitions, Agatha seems a natural fit for the villains – but when the girls find their fortunes reversed their friendship will be put to the test. Fishburne will play The Schoolmaster and Yeoh is Professor Anemone.

They join Kerry Washington as Professor Dovey – the Dean of Good and Charlize Theron as Lady Lesso – the Dean of Evil. Feig, Laura Fischer, Joe Roth, Jeffrey Kirschenbaum and Jane Startz produce.
