First batch of Sputnik V COVID-vaccine expected next month

(UTV | COLOMBO) – The first batch of the Russian Sputnik V COVID-vaccine is expected in Sri Lanka next month, according to the State Ministry of Pharmaceutical Production Supply and Regulation.

The Government has placed an order for 7 million doses of the Sputnik V COVID-vaccine following its approval by the National Medicines Regulatory Authority (NMRA).
