(UTV | COLOMBO) – Showers or thundershowers will occur at few places in Sabaragamuwa province and in Kaluthara, Galle and Matara districts after 1.00 p.m, stated the Meteorology Department.
A few showers will occur in Uva province and in Batticaloa, Ampara and Hambantota districts.
Mainly fair weather will prevail elsewhere over the island .
General public is kindly requested to take adequate precautions to minimize damages caused by temporary localized strong winds and lightning during thundershowers.
