(UTV | COLOMBO) – The fire that broke out at a laboratory of a waste management factory at the Katunayake Free Trade Zone has been doused.
The fire broke out around 4.45 this morning (03).
Several fire trucks were deployed to douse the fire while the Sri Lanka Army and the Navy together with the Board of Investment (BOI) Fire Brigade Units also assisted in dousing the fire.
