5,000 Rapid Antigen Tests carried out yesterday

(UTV | COLOMBO) – Commander of the Army General Shavendra Silva says around 5,000 Rapid Antigen Tests were carried out in Sri Lanka yesterday.

Army Commander said random Rapid Antigen tests were conducted yesterday.

He said 887 COVID-19 patients were reported in Sri Lanka yesterday, increasing total infections to 56,075.

The Army Commander noted 7,816 individuals are receiving treatment for the virus at centres island wide.
