(UTV | COLOMBO) – Several spells of showers may occur in Northern and Eastern Provinces and in Anuradhapura and Hambantota Districts, the Department of Meteorology stated.
Furthermore, showers or thundershowers may occur at several places in Central, Sabaragamuwa, Uva, and Western Provinces and in Galle and Matara Districts in the evening or night, while heavy rainfalls, about 100 millimetres are likely at some places.
