(UTV | COLOMBO) – Police have arrested a suspect adjacent to a flat in Mount Lavinia with 2.4 grams of heroin.
The suspect is a 53-year-old resident of Ratmalana.
The individual is due to be produced before the Mount Lavinia Magistrate’s Court today (24).
