(UTV | COLOMBO) – The Captain of the ‘MT New Diamond’ vessel, a Greek national has appeared before the Colombo Chief Magistrate, this morning.
He was ordered to appear before court after facts were presented by local authorities pertaining to the recent fire that was reported onboard the oil tanker.
