UTV | COLOMBO – The decision to name National List representatives to Parliament from the Samagi Jana Balawegaya has been vested with party leader Sajith Premadasa.
Party National Organiser Tissa Attanayake said the decision was reached at a meeting held between representatives of all affiliated parties of the Samagi Jana Balawegaya last evening.
The Samagi Jana Balawegaya obtained seven National List seats in Parliament.
Attanayake when contacted by a prominent online news portal in the isle has said the National List of the party will be handed over either today or tomorrow.
The National Election Commission announced that lists of National List representatives to Parliament must be submitted by Friday.
