Another group of Sri Lankans repatriated from UAE

UTV | COLOMBO – Another group of Sri Lankans who were stranded in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) arrived in Sri Lanka early this morning.

The group of 278 Sri Lankans arrived at the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) in Katunayake.

They were repatriated via a special SriLankan Airlines flight.

The group will undergo PCR or COVID testing at the airport and will be transferred to quarantine centres.
