(UTV | COLOMBO) – Two teenagers have taken their own lives by jumping into the Polgolla Reservoir in Kandy, the Police said.
The deceased teenagers have been identified as a 17-year-old boy and a 16-year-old girl.
A romantic relationship is suspected to be the reason for the suicide.
Katugastota Police is carrying out further investigations into the incident.
