Lankans stranded in Japan repatriated

(UTV | COVID-19) – A group of Sri Lankans, who were stranded in Japan, arrived in Sri Lanka today (03).

The group of 261 Sri Lankans were stranded in Japan due to the global coronavirus outbreak.

The stranded Sri Lankans arrived at the Bandaranaike International (BIA) Airport in Katunayake today.

They were brought down via a special flight chartered by SriLankan airlines.
