“Must eradicate narcotics circulation” – Defence secretary

(UTV | COLOMBO) – Secretary of Defence Rt. Major General Kamal Gunaratne says steps are being taken to eradicate the circulation of narcotics with the support of all factions.

Addressing a gathering in Kandy he said drug addiction must be addressed.
