COVID-19 recoveries increases to 70

(UTV | COVID-19) – Two patients who contracted COVID-19 in Sri Lanka have recovered and were released today (17), bringing the country’s total recoveries to 70.

The number of COVID-19 positive cases identified in Sri Lanka currently stands at 238, as no new cases were recorded yesterday (16).

Meanwhile, 161 active cases continue to be treated, while another 161 individuals remain under medical observation.

Sri Lanka reported 7 deaths due to the Virus.
