(UTV | COLOMBO) – Rehearsals for the commemoration of the country’s 72nd Independence Day commenced at the Colombo Independence Square this morning (31).
Accordingly, the special traffic plan is in effect around Independence Square from 8.30 AM to 1.00 PM today.
