61 arrested over Easter attacks remanded again

(UTV|COLOMBO) – 61 suspects arrested after the Easter Sunday bombings have been further remanded till the 28th of January.

The order was issued by the Batticaloa Magistrate AC Rizwan today.

The 61 were arrested on suspicions of weapons training at a camp in Nuwara-Eliya led by the mastermind of the Easter bombings Zahran Hashim.
