(UTV|COLOMBO) – Chairman of the Pradeshiya Sabha in Beliatta, Cyril Munasinghe has been arrested by the Police on assault charges.
Munasinghe was arrested after surrendering to the Police this morning (22).
He is accused of allegedly assaulting a former member of the Pradeshiya Sabha.
