A/L Examination on Aug. 05

(UTV|COLOMBO) – The Department of Examinations stated that the General Certificate of Education (GCE) Advanced Level (A/L) Examination is scheduled to be held from 05 to 31 August at 2,678 Examination Centres island-wide.

Accordingly, 337,704 candidates will sit for the 2019 A/L Examination.

Out of total candidates, 244,146 candidates are sitting for the Examination under the old syllabus while 198,229 candidates are sitting for the Examination under the new syllabus.
