Public Services United Nurses Association on sick leave

(UDHAYAM, COLOMBO) – All members of the Public Services United Nurses Association (UNA) will engage in a sick note campaign today (13th Monday).

Chairman of the Association Muruththettuwe Ananda said the demands of the nurses have not been addressed for the past two years.

The sick note campaign will be held over a period of two years based on seven key demands.

The Government Nursing Officers Association (GNOA) will not engage in the strike.
