(UDHAYAM, MANILA) – A Sri Lankan man was arrested by filipino police for Sexually Abusing minors. The arrest was made earlier this week in Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija.
The arrest was warranted by Anti-Violence against Women and Their Children Act or Republic act 9262.
