(UDHAYAM, COLOMBO) – One individual, who is suspected to have been involved in the shooting of Wimalraj Nesan, Director of Land Reform Commission, was arrested.
Mr. Wimalraj Nesan was shot at by two unidentified gunmen on a motorcycle on the 22nd February.
