(UTV|COLOMBO) – Senior Deputy Inspectors General of Police and Deputy Inspectors General (DIG) of Police had been informed by IGP Pujith Jayasundara yesterday (04) to appear before the Police Headquarters today (05).
The special meeting of senior police officers that was scheduled to hold today (05) has been called off by the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Pujith Jayasundara.
Reportedly, the meeting was called off due to the ‘Jana Mahimaya’ public rally organized by the UPFA that is scheduled to commence this afternoon.
