Two persons arrested with heroin at Colpitty

(UTV|COLOMBO) – Two Pakistani nationals aged 36 and 26 arrested at Marine Drive, Colpitty early this morning (28), with 891gms of heroin valued at Rs 10.6 million, Police Narcotics Bureau said.
