Mahinda Rajapaksa leaves for Japan

(UDHAYAM, COLOMBO) – Former president Mahinda Rajapaksa left for Japan Wednesday night (31) following an invitation extended by Japanese Emperor Akihito. He was accompanied by a nine-member delegation.
